INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of goods and services provided by Morts & More Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing products, booking services, or otherwise engaging with Morts & More, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order or book a service.

DEFINITIONS

“Products” refers to any physical goods supplied by Morts & More, including bespoke, made-to-order, and standard retail items.

“Services” refers to advisory, consultation, assessment, audit, or private client services provided by Morts & More.

“Client” refers to any individual or entity purchasing Products or booking Services.

ADVISORY & PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES

Certain services provided by Morts & More are advisory in nature and may include consultations, presence audits, strategic guidance, or private client support.

Advisory services are delivered based on professional expertise, experience, and judgement. Outcomes are not guaranteed and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advisory services are provided on a time and expertise basis. Once an advisory service has been delivered in full or in part, fees are non-refundable.

Where an advisory service has been scheduled but not yet delivered, cancellations or rescheduling may be considered with reasonable notice, at our discretion.

PRODUCT ORDERS

All product orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

Bespoke and made-to-order products are created to client specifications and may not be cancelled once production has commenced.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched or Services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the bespoke nature of certain Products and Services, refunds may not be available once production or delivery has commenced.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, designs, and intellectual property associated with Morts & More remain the property of Morts & More Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Subject to this, Morts & More shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Products or Services.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
