Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Morts & More, we provide a combination of bespoke products and private client advisory services. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled across different types of work. Please review the relevant sections carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

1. Advisory & Private Client Services

Services provided under private client advisory, presence audits, consultations, or strategic guidance are delivered on a time, expertise, and insight basis.

Once an advisory service has been delivered in full or in part, fees are non-refundable.

Where an advisory service has been scheduled but not yet delivered, cancellations or rescheduling may be considered with reasonable notice and at our discretion.

2. Product Refunds

For standard e-commerce products that are not bespoke or made-to-order, we offer refunds in line with consumer regulations, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

3. Product Exchanges

Where applicable, exchanges may be offered for standard products, subject to availability and condition of the returned item. Exchange requests must be made within the stated timeframe and before the item has entered any production or customisation process.

4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of made-to-order garments and footwear, items that have entered production cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Once production has commenced, all sales are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to, custom measurements, personalised specifications, and client-approved design details.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is received faulty or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a fault is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

6. General Notes

– Refunds and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
– Proof of purchase may be required.
– This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
