Chocolate & Whisky Tasting | Concilium Search

Chocolate & Whisky are the hot topic right now. The early part of this month saw the second tasting event of the year hosted by Morts & More.

We teamed up with the amazing Christopher Peacock who invited our guests into their beautiful showroom in Chelsea harbour, London. From exquisite kitchens to luxurious walk in closets, this showroom had to be the perfect back drop for a night of sheer class and enjoyment.

 

 

 

 

 

Chocolate

 

The chocolate on the night had to be from the top draw, not any sweet would do. In order to make this a truly great, the chocolate had to be none other than Godiva. The array of flavours and textures was immense. From hazelnut praline, to best tasting dark chocolate ever!

 

 

Whisky

If the chocolate had to come from the top draw, then no doubt the whisky had to come from the top shelf. We knew it could be none other than Macallan to hit the spot beautifully. We sampled their Trilogy! The Sherry Oak, The Fine Oak and the Double Cask. Incredible. Even non-whisky lovers (if they exist) would enjoy these flavours. We were given an amazing history lesson on the brand, each whisky and lessons on ways to enjoy it.

 

 

 

 

 

Concilium Search

 

 

For the event, we wanted a very intimate and elegant vibe; so we invited a selected few of our top clients. We chose a small group of guys from one of the best search (recruitment) company in London, Concilium Search. We all networked, learnt about whisky whilst experiencing its intense yet pleasurable flavours; and indulged in the delectable chocolate that matched each whisky. It was incredible. The Concilium team were a great bunch to enjoy whisky and chocolate with, we had fun!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Suits, Shirts, & Tailoring

These guys are so well put together; they understand fully, the importance of a great appearance. So of course we have to bring along some new fabrics and samples for them.
