Confidence And The Suit

Chin up, back straight, chest out, shoulders pinned back, firm strides. Its amazing what a well tailored suit can do for your confidence and posture.

In fact a great suit could be described as the sophisticated mans form of ‘Peacocking’. (Peacocking means dressing for attention, to display oneself ostentatiously; strut like a peacock). We’ve all seen the scenes of Daniel Craig as James Bond in Casino Royale, where he suits up in his DJ (if you haven’t I recommend you go see it).

He wears the suit, the suit doesn’t wear him, no sir. I challenge any man or woman to say they didn’t appreciate that look. The look of Confidence.

Now I’m aware we can’t all wear a Tuxedo or Dinner Jacket to work everyday, but if a suit is something you regularly pull from your clothing arsenal, then a well tailored one will take you to that next level.

When fabric has been cut and tapered specifically for you, your suit will announce you before you even say a word. Its the difference between walking into a dinner party and strangers saying “Hey, how’s it going?” and “Good evening sir, what do you do?”.

If you haven’t already discovered the world of tailoring, then I suggest your start today. Check in for a personal one to one consultation with the guys at www.mortsandmore.com and discover a new world of confidence.
